Energy Mastery Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) apply to your purchase of and participation in the Energy Mastery program offered by Dr. Katharina Johnson, Practice for Energy Work (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing Energy Mastery and accepting these Terms at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. The Energy Mastery Program and Access
Energy Mastery is an educational and personal-development program focused on working with energy, heart-centered practices, meditation, personal transformation, intuition, and energetic healing.
Your enrollment includes the course materials, digital resources, meditations, bonuses, community access, live group coaching, and other features described on the Energy Mastery sales page and checkout page at the time of your purchase.
Course Materials
Your purchase includes ongoing access to the Energy Mastery course materials without an additional recurring fee.
After your six-month coaching and community period ends, you will continue to have access to the Energy Mastery course lessons, videos, audio meditations, downloadable materials, and included course bonuses for as long as Energy Mastery continues to be hosted and made available by us.
We may update, reorganize, replace, or migrate course materials or the platform used to deliver them.
If Energy Mastery is discontinued or we are no longer reasonably able to provide online access, we may provide reasonable notice or, where practicable, another method of accessing downloadable materials.
Community Access and Live Coaching
Your initial Energy Mastery enrollment includes six months of access to the Energy Mastery community and live group coaching, beginning on the date of your purchase.
At the end of the six-month included period, your community and live coaching access will end unless you choose to continue through a separately offered monthly community membership.
The monthly community membership is optional, is not included in the original Energy Mastery purchase price after the initial six-month period, and is subject to its own pricing and cancellation terms presented at the time you subscribe.
Choosing not to continue the monthly community membership does not affect your ongoing access to the Energy Mastery course materials described above.
2. Purchase Price and Payment
You agree to pay the price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.
You may be offered the option to pay in full or through an installment payment plan. The total amount payable under an installment plan may be higher than the pay-in-full price, as clearly displayed at checkout.
If you choose an installment payment plan, you are purchasing the full Energy Mastery program and agreeing to pay the total installment-plan price shown at checkout according to the stated payment schedule.
An installment payment plan is not a cancel-anytime monthly subscription.
After the applicable refund period has expired, you remain responsible for all remaining installment payments according to the payment schedule selected at checkout.
You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method provided according to that schedule.
If a scheduled payment fails, we may temporarily suspend access to the program until the outstanding payment has been resolved.
3. 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Energy Mastery comes with a 15-day money-back guarantee.
To request a refund, email service@drkatharina.com within 15 calendar days of your original purchase.
If you received a Fast Action Bonus private healing session and the session has already been completed, $300 will be deducted from your refund. If the session has not yet taken place, it will be cancelled and no deduction will apply.
Refund requests received after the 15-day period are not eligible under this guarantee.
If a refund is issued, your access to Energy Mastery, including course materials, live sessions, community access, and bonuses, will end.
This guarantee does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
4. Payment Plans and Refunds
If you purchase Energy Mastery through an installment plan and request a refund within the applicable 15-day refund period, approved refunds will also cancel your remaining installment payments.
If the 15-day refund period has expired, choosing not to continue participating in the program does not cancel your remaining payment obligations.
Failure to access, complete, or participate in the program does not extend the refund period.
5. Educational and Medical Disclaimer
Energy Mastery is an educational and personal-development program.
The program and its materials are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition and are not a substitute for appropriate medical, psychological, or other professional care.
Although Dr. Katharina Johnson has medical training, participation in Energy Mastery does not establish a doctor-patient relationship.
Nothing provided through Energy Mastery should be interpreted as individualized medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, or other individualized healthcare.
You should not disregard, delay, alter, or discontinue medical or psychological care or prescribed treatment based on information provided through Energy Mastery.
If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, you should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
6. No Guarantee of Results
Energy Mastery provides educational materials, practices, tools, guidance, and opportunities for personal exploration and development.
Individual experiences vary.
We do not guarantee that you will achieve any particular physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual, relationship, financial, or other result through participation in Energy Mastery.
Testimonials and experiences shared by Dr. Katharina Johnson, students, clients, or other participants represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees that you will experience the same results.
7. Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, wellbeing, and use of the information and practices provided through Energy Mastery.
You agree to use your own judgment when participating in exercises, meditations, energetic practices, or other program activities and to stop or seek appropriate professional support if a practice feels inappropriate for your individual circumstances.
Energy Mastery is intended to complement, not replace, appropriate professional care where such care is needed.
8. Intellectual Property and Personal Use
All Energy Mastery materials are owned by or licensed to Dr. Katharina Johnson and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
This includes, without limitation:
- videos and recordings;
- audio meditations;
- written materials and PDFs;
- exercises and worksheets;
- graphics and presentations;
- course lessons;
- downloadable resources; and
- other proprietary program content.
Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the program materials for your own personal use.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, upload, commercially exploit, or share the program materials with others without prior written permission.
Your account and login credentials are for your personal use and may not be shared with another person.
Nothing in this provision prevents you from personally practicing the skills and techniques taught in Energy Mastery.
9. Community and Group Participation
Energy Mastery includes access to a private community and live group coaching during the initial six-month support period.
You agree to communicate respectfully and to respect the privacy of other participants.
Information of a personal nature shared by another participant in a private Energy Mastery group or session should not be copied, recorded, published, or shared outside that setting without that person's permission.
We reserve the right to remove a participant from community spaces or live sessions for behavior that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, seriously disruptive, unlawful, or that materially interferes with the experience or safety of other participants.
Removal for a serious violation of these standards does not create an additional right to a refund after the applicable refund period has expired.
10. Live Sessions and Recordings
Certain Energy Mastery group coaching sessions, live healing events, or other live events may be recorded and made available to enrolled participants.
If you choose to participate in a recorded session using your microphone, camera, name, chat, or other interactive features, your contribution may appear in the recording.
Please avoid sharing information during a recorded group session that you do not want other authorized program participants to hear or see.
We will not intentionally use a participant's personal contribution from a group session for public advertising or promotional purposes without obtaining any permission required by applicable law.
11. Program Updates and Changes
We may periodically update, improve, replace, reorganize, or add to Energy Mastery materials.
We may also make reasonable changes to the technology, community platform, scheduling, delivery method, or format used to provide the program.
Such changes will not materially deprive you of the core program you purchased.
12. Technology and Availability
Energy Mastery is delivered through online technology and third-party platforms.
You are responsible for having appropriate internet access and compatible equipment.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain reliable access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, third-party platform outages, internet failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dr. Katharina Johnson, Practice for Energy Work, and any employees, contractors, or representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your participation in or use of Energy Mastery.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the laws of your country or state of habitual residence where those protections cannot legally be waived.
Any dispute will be handled by a court having jurisdiction under applicable law.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the specific offer details presented to you on the Energy Mastery sales page and checkout page at the time of purchase, form the agreement relating to your purchase of Energy Mastery.
If a specific written term displayed at checkout differs from a general provision in these Terms, the specific checkout term applicable to your purchase will control to the extent of that difference.
